Vandemon Exhaust systems achieve maximum performance & style with a great sound utilising the latest manufacturing technics & exotic materials such as Titanium. Aero-Space alloys such as Titanium make for a significantly lighter exhaust system with less heat retention than the OEM system.
This system retains the ECU-controlled OEM Valve, which means that the function of the OEM exhaust servo is retained and there is no need for a servo delete device to prevent a fault warning light. Retaining this OEM function does not affect performance and will allow the exhaust to have a modest increase and sound at cruise and light throttle openings and when the throttle is opened aggressively the ECU opens the valve to enable the same full free-flow performance and sound of a sports exhaust that will allow for optimal tuning for maximum performance.
Weld quality is second to none, with ultrasonically perfect welds that Ducati clients would expect & appreciate for such an iconic motorcycle brand that only compliments this great marque.
Appearance:
The surface appearance is a natural brushed finish that changes to an iridescent blue and red when heated. Unlike stainless steel, Titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to Titanium's high acid and salt resistance which also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soaking into body panels when stationary.
Manufacture:
We at Vandemon use a unique welding process that completely penetrates and makes for an ultrasonically perfect connection with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.
Tuning:
Custom Tuning is required preferably on a Dynomometer
