The RS22 Underseat Box Delete has been developed specifically for the 2026 KTM 990 RC-R, delivering a sharp increase in sound, presence, and visual impact while retaining everyday usability. This system allows you to keep your stock headers while removing the silencer box. 

This is a twin-exit titanium system, engineered to sit cleanly under the tail and compliment the RC-R’s aggressive race geometry. Lightweight and compact, the RS22 offers a properly tuned exhaust note without compromising fitment or rideability.
